Studio Halloran designed the residences to be finished, not staged — delivered complete, down to the hardware.
Rift-sawn white oak runs underfoot in a wide plank, laid continuously so the grain reads across a whole floor rather than room by room. Walls are hand-troweled plaster, which holds light differently at each hour of the day. Stone is honed, never polished. Brass is unlacquered and will darken with use, which is the point.
Three palettes remain open to selection through December: Linen (pale oak, cream plaster, travertine), Ember (smoked oak, clay plaster, dark marble) and Salt (bleached oak, white plaster, pale quartzite).
Joinery, not wardrobes.
Every residence is delivered with built-in dressing rooms in rift-sawn oak — open hanging, glass-fronted drawers, integrated lighting and an island with a stone top. Nothing freestanding, nothing to buy on move-in day. Kitchens follow the same rule: solid oak with recessed pulls and appliances fully integrated behind panels.
